Bebe Winans, Chaka Khan, Oprah Winfrey, Angella Basset and more paid tribute to Bishop T.D. Jakes' 35 years of service at a star-studded gala held at the AT&T Winspear Opera House in Dallas.

The evening was co-hosted by Tyler Perry and Soledad O'Brien and featured performances by Jordin Sparks, Kem and gospel great, Karen Clark Sheard.
"It is a blessing to honor my husband for 35 years of unwavering service," said Serita Jakes, First Lady of Bishop Jakes' 30,000-member Dallas-based church, The Potter's House. He has committed his life to empowering others that they might have joy, love, and hope in their lives, and today we salute him for the millions of lives he's touched, the hearts he's changed and the lives he's saved through his stirring messages."
