II Corinthians 12:10

 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong

In one form or another, persecutions affect us all.  As long as you live on the earth, you will have to endure and bear them.  According to Webster's, to persecute mean to exterminate, drive away, or subjugate because of religion or beliefs.  It also means to annoy, trouble, harrass and to oppress.

You see, if Satan can get you to give up and throw in the towel, he has done his job.  His job is to harrass you to the point where you give u p.  If you give up, you forfeit everything God has in store for you and you family.  It's not just about you, but he desires to sift your children.  But, what Satan meant for bad, God will turn it into a learning experience for you.  He'll use it as an opportunity for promotion.

In this season of persecution, endure.  Just put up with it.  Look at the bigger picture and not just what is going on around you.  Evangelize. Seize every moment you have to touch someone's life.  Step in the water while the pool is troubled. Don't wait for others, be about the Father's business yourself.  Know that whatever you make happen in someone else's life, God will multiply the same thing unto you.  Give life and watch your life blossom.

Another way to stand in this season of persecution is to lift up the arms of your leaders.  Assist your pastors in everyway possible.  Remember that the majority of the things you have to deal with hits them first.  Pray for them.  Be faithful to the ministry.  If you are not apart of a local church, find one that is right for you and get to work.

Endurance takes work.  A runner does not just wake up and decide he is going to show up and run in the Olympics.  It's a process.  It takes training and passing endurance tests.  It takes winning small victories to make it to the big victory.  I tell you people of God, with all your might, purpose that you will endure.  No matter what comes your way, don't compromise.  Get busy and see what God does in your life.II Corinthians 12:10

In the midst of standing in your persecutions, remember that persecutions affect us all.  There is not a person that persecutions do not affect at some point in our lives.  This is why it is important to cover one another.  We as Christians are our brother's keeper.  We that are strong should bear the infirmities of the weak and not please ourselves.

If you see a sister or brother that has fallen by the way side, or is struggling in the midst o f their troubles, pray for them.  Go to them and encourage them.  Love them.  It is so important to demonstrate love for your fellow brother and sister in Christ.  The Bible says that love covers a multitude of sins.  Don't kick them while they are down, but help them if they are willing to be helped.  If not, sit back and do your part by interceding on their behalf.  Don't judge, remember that whatever measure you deal out, it will be dealt unto you.

Your faith and obedience is what will get you through to your victory.  Believe that there will be a brighter day.  Going through hardships bring about slendor. God's glory is unfolded through your willingness to be persecuted.

People of God, if you could only see what God has in store for you.  Quitting would not be an option.  But with everything, there is a price to pay.  Are you willing to lay down your life for God.  Are you willing to take up your cross and follow Christ?  Think about that for a moment. If you are, you will have to suffer persecutions, but know that joy cometh in the morning.  God will not forget your labor. =2 0He will repay you if you just stand and believe.

Major victories are not won easy.  Your walk with Christ will not be either.  Hang in there and trust God at his Word.  Get into a place where you can hear God's voice and receive from him.  If you're not apart of a local church, really consider that.  The local church will be your support system in these end times.  Remember that no one can do anything alone.  God does not expect us to.  But, he gave us one another to lean on in the midst of our persecutions.
